Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie identifizieren und bewerten gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen KI-Anwendungsfälle und entwickeln daraus konkrete Lösungskonzepte
- Sie konzipieren, entwickeln, testen und implementieren KI-basierte Anwendungen und Lösungen und begleiten deren Weiterentwicklung
- Sie gestalten geeignete Daten-, Schnittstellen- und Lösungsarchitekturen und begleiten technische Integrationen
- Sie steuern KI- und Digitalisierungsprojekte eigenverantwortlich – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Einführung
- Sie koordinieren interne und externe Projektbeteiligte und behalten Termine, Ressourcen, Risiken und Ergebnisse im Blick
- Sie verbinden fachliche, technische und wirtschaftliche Anforderungen und entwickeln praxisorientierte und nachhaltige Lösungen
- Sie beraten Fachbereiche zu den Möglichkeiten, Grenzen und sinnvollen Einsatzfeldern von KI und unterstützen beim Aufbau von KI-Kompetenz
- Sie beobachten technologische Entwicklungen, bewerten deren Relevanz und leiten neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten für unser Unternehmen ab
- Sie bereiten komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf und kommunizieren sicher mit Fachbereichen und Management

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in KI, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Data Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit digitalem bzw. technischem Schwerpunkt oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Fundiertes Verständnis aktueller KI-Technologien und ihrer praktischen Einsatzmöglichkeiten
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung KI-basierter Anwendungen
- Gutes technisches Verständnis von Daten, Schnittstellen, Systemintegration und KI-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Projektsteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Grundverständnis von Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und verantwortungsvollem KI-Einsatz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
