Wir sind die Miele OPS, ein Start-up von Miele, dem beliebtesten Familienunternehmen Deutschlands. Wir verknüpfen Mieles traditionelle Premiumprodukte mit digitalen IoT-Services und kreieren neue Geschäftsmodelle für die heutige Zeit. Mit unserer ersten Marke appWash betreiben wir von Deutschland aus Waschküchen in Studentenwohnheimen in 30 Ländern Europas...klingt nicht sexy...ist es aber! Als kleines Unternehmen mit 25 Mitarbeitern/innen haben wir große Herausforderungen. Dafür suchen wir ab sofort Dich als Werkstudent für 15-20h die Woche mit einem Einjahresvertrag (Verlängerung möglich im Rahmen einer Werkstudententätigkeit)!
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Operations-Team bei technischen Problemen in unseren Waschküchen in ganz Europa: von der Kontaktaufnahme zu Kund:innen, der Problemanalyse bis hin zur Beauftragung von Techniker:innen zur Reparatur
- Du unterstützt das technische Projektmanagement bei der Planung, Koordination und Installation der Waschküchen in ganz Europa
- Du sorgst für die reibungslose Logistik im Zusammenhang mit Hardware und Ersatzteilen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung und Koordination der Mail-Anfragen unserer Kund:innen

- Du hast ein technisch oder betriebswirtschaftlich orientiertes Studium abgeschlossen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
