Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der uns bei der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten unterstützt, Berichte erstellt und moderne Technologien wie Power BI einsetzt. Dabei bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in einem flexiblen Arbeitsumfeld zu sammeln und wertvolle Einblicke in die Immobilienwirtschaft zu gewinnen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Analyse von Kennzahlen: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs sowie Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen.
- Berichtswesen: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Managementreports sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Daten für das Reporting.
- Budgetplanung: Unterstützung bei Budgetplanungs- und Forecast-Prozessen sowie deren Nachverfolgung.
- Visualisierung: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Dashboards, Diagrammen und Reports mit Excel und Power BI.
- Monats-& Jahresabschluss (HGB): Unterstützung bei der Datenaufbereitung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, z. B. bei der Vorbereitung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen sowie der Zusammenstellung von Prüfungs- und Dokumentationsunterlagen.
- Reporting-Vorarbeiten: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen zur Unterstützung buchhalterischer Abstimmungen sowie Identifikation und Bereinigung von Inkonsistenzen zur Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Datengrundlage.
- Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Controlling und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und zur Bereitstellung datenbasierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, (Immobilien-)Wirtschaft, Accounting/Finance, Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Interesse an Controlling-, Reporting- und Finanzthemen sowie erste Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel (z. B. Pivot-Tabellen, Funktionen); erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI oder anderen Datenanalyse- und Visualisierungstools sind wünschenswert.
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen (z. B. Business Central) sind von Vorteil.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine hohe Zahlen- und Datenaffinität.
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Vertraulichkeit.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
