Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Unterstützung im Vertrieb & Business Development: Direkte Unterstützung des Global Markets Sales-Teams mit dem Ziel, Neugeschäft zu generieren.
- Transaktionsabwicklung (Deal Execution): Aktive Einbindung in das Sales-Team zur Begleitung und Unterstützung einer reibungslosen Deal-Ausführung.
- Marktanalyse & Ideengenerierung: Identifizierung von Marktchancen durch die Nutzung verschiedener Informationsquellen (Bloomberg, makroökonomische Analysen, kundenspezifische Nachrichten etc.).
- Marktberichte & Pricing: Koordination und Erstellung regelmäßiger Markt- und Pricing-Updates.
- Erstellung von Inhalten: Anfertigung von hochwertigen Präsentationsmaterialien, Pitchbooks und Marktkommentaren für Kunden und interne Partner.
- Kundenonboarding & Compliance: Unterstützung beim Onboarding-Prozess von Kunden sowie Vorbereitung der KYC- (Know Your Customer) und KYB- (Know Your Business) Dokumentation.
- Produktentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Produktentwicklung innerhalb des Global Markets Sales-Teams.

Für dieses Praktikum setzen wir folgende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen voraus:
- Marktaffinität: Eine nachweisbare und ausgeprägte Begeisterung für die Finanzmärkte.
- Akademischer Hintergrund: Ein breit gefächertes, erfolgreiches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Finanzen und/oder Volkswirtschaftslehre (VWL/BWL).
- Produktkenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich der Aktienderivate (insbesondere strukturierte Produkte).
- Makroökonomie: Grundlegende makroökonomische Kenntnisse, um den Markt zu „lesen“ und entsprechende Opportunitäten zu identifizieren.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende oder muttersprachliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt. Französischkenntnisse sind ein klarer Vorteil.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Fortgeschrittene MS-PowerPoint- und MS-Excel-Kenntnisse (Erfahrung mit Bloomberg ist von Vorteil).
- Persönlichkeit: Stressresistenz, die Fähigkeit, auch unter engem Zeitdruck präzise zu arbeiten, sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft („Willingness to go the extra mile“).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
