Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser standortübergreifendes HR-Team tatkräftig im operativen Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst administrative sowie organisatorische Aufgaben.
- Du erstellst eigenständig personalrelevante Dokumente, von Arbeitsverträgen bis hin zu Zeugnissen, und begleitest so den gesamten Employee Lifecycle.
- Du bist für die sorgfältige Pflege unserer digitalen Personalakten verantwortlich und bereitest mit MS Office Präsentationen und Auswertungen für das Team vor.
- Du bringst frische Ideen ein und wirkst aktiv bei spannenden HR-Projekten mit, beispielsweise zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
- Du begeisterst dich für HR-Themen und konntest im besten Fall schon erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalarbeit sammeln.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und absolut vertrauliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
- Du bist für 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar und bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
