Was erwartet dich?
- Du stehst unseren Mitgliedern auf der Trainingsfläche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, korrigierst Übungsausführungen und motivierst sie bei ihren Zielen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung individueller, gesundheitsorientierter Trainingspläne und führst Einweisungen an unseren modernen Geräten durch
- Du begrüßt unsere Mitglieder herzlich, übernimmst den Check-in, beantwortest Fragen vor Ort sowie am Telefon und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Servicebereich
- Je nach Qualifikation und Interesse vertrittst oder leitest du eigene Gesundheits- und Fitnesskurse
- Du achtest auf eine gepflegte, saubere und sichere Trainingsatmosphäre, in der sich jeder wohlfühlt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student:in, idealerweise im Bereich Sport oder Gesundheit, oder bringst eine große Begeisterung für den Fitnesssport mit.
- Eine Fitnesstrainer B-Lizenz ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wir unterstützen dich gerne bei deiner Weiterentwicklung.
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, empathisch und hast Freude daran, mit Menschen jeden Alters zu arbeiten.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist zuverlässig und behältst auch in belebten Situationen den Überblick.
- Du bist bereit, flexible Schichten unter der Woche und gelegentlich am Wochenende zu übernehmen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um unsere Mitglieder bestmöglich beraten zu können.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
