Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Management sowohl bei der internen als auch der externen Kommunikation.
- Du bist zuständig für die Content-Pflege unserer Internet- und Social- Media Präsenz, erstellst eigenständig Posts und bist für unseren Redeaktionsplan verantwortlich.
- Du pflegst und gestaltest unsere Unternehmenswebseite mit WordPress und setzt Inhalte zielgruppengerecht sowie suchmaschinenfreundlich um.
- Du koordinierst bei Bedarf die Erstellung von Werbe- und Druckprodukten (Broschüren, Flyer, CI, CD etc.).
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von internen und externen Veranstaltungen (Messeauftritt, Workshops, Kundenveranstaltungen).
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserer Marketing-Agentur das Brand Manual weiter.
- Du trägst mit Deinen Ideen zur ständigen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketing-Strategie bei und kannst eigene Projekte initiieren und vorantreiben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise studierst Du Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder etwas Vergleichbares und/oder hast eine Ausbildung im Marketing absolviert.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Content Management, in der Webseitenpflege oder im Social-Media-Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und –sensibel und kannst gut formulieren.
- Außerdem bist Du kreativ, ideenreich und kannst Ideen konzeptionell stark und unkonventionell umsetzen.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
