Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Managementsystems mit und helfen uns so, unsere Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen nehmen Sie bestehende Geschäftsprozesse auf, analysieren diese und erstellen mithilfe von MS Office verständliche Prozessdokumentationen.
- Sie leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit, indem Sie das Team bei der Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. PPWR) und bei Compliance-Themen unterstützen.
- Sie übernehmen die Recherche und verständliche Aufbereitung von gesetzlichen sowie normativen Anforderungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Team.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung interner Audits, verfolgen definierte Maßnahmen nach und pflegen relevante Kennzahlen und Dokumentationen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Student:in in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltmanagement, Umweltingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit, Qualitätsmanagement oder Prozessmanagement, oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sie haben Interesse an Qualitätsmanagement, Umweltmanagement und Compliance
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und sorgfältig
- Sie verfügen über analytisches Denkvermögen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
