Du baust mit Claude als KI-Werkzeug unser Corporate Design neu auf, entwickelst eine B2B-Content-Strategie und erstellst die Architektur einer Content-Datenbank, aus der wir später automatisiert unsere Website und Portale pflegen.

Du musst kein Profi sein aber Hunger mitbringen. Die Lernkurve ist hoch, das Honorar begrenzt. Dafür bekommst du echte Verantwortung, einen starken Referenzkunden und einen Expertenstatus im Bereich KI-gestütztes B2B-Content-Design, den du dir hier aufbauen kannst.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst unsere bestehenden Marketing-Assets und entwickelst daraus ein einheitliches Corporate Design, das du in konkrete Vorlagen für Präsentationen und Dokumente überführst.
- Du konzipierst und baust eine zentrale Content-Datenbank auf, um die Pflege unserer WordPress-Website und weiterer Marketingkanäle zu automatisieren.
- Du erstellst mithilfe von KI-Tools (z.B. Claude, Flux) zielgruppengerechte B2B-Creatives – von Grafiken für LinkedIn bis hin zu Konzepten für Video-Content.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Entwicklung unserer B2B-Content-Strategie mit und gestaltest die Prozesse, wie Inhalte bei uns zukünftig erstellt, strukturiert und skaliert werden.
- Du arbeitest eng mit externen Marketing-Expert:innen zusammen, nimmst deren Impulse auf und setzt diese in überzeugende visuelle Formate um.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein starkes Interesse an KI-Tools (z. B. Claude, Flux) mit und bist motiviert, diese professionell für die Content-Erstellung zu nutzen.
- Du hast ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik sowie ein Grundverständnis für Corporate Design – idealerweise zeigst du das in ersten eigenen Projekten.
- Du denkst strategisch, kannst Prozesse aufbauen und hast Lust, dich in eine anspruchsvolle B2B-Zielgruppe hineinzuversetzen.
- Wir erwarten nicht, dass du schon alles kannst, aber du lernst schnell, arbeitest dich eigenständig in Themen ein und möchtest bald Ergebnisse liefern.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2).

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
