Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und verbuchst Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du übernimmst die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Mahnwesen
- Du bereitest den Zahlungsverkehr vor, führst ihn durch und verbuchst ihn, einschließlich Auslandsüberweisungen und Fremdwährungen
- Du bearbeitest Spesenabrechnungen und Kasse
- Du erstellst Auswertungen und Reports, wie z. B. Intrastatmeldungen, und bereitest die Unterlagen für den Steuerberater vor
- Du wirkst bei der Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise hast du DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig und hast Freude daran, Dinge zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungen aktiv mitzugestalten
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, denkst lösungsorientiert und sprichst fließend Deutsch
