Was gibt es für Dich zu tun
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Website und wirkst an der Optimierung von Inhalten für SEO und Performance mit.
- Du recherchierst, planst und erstellst Content für unsere digitalen Kanäle – von LinkedIn über Newsletter bis hin zur Website.
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Marketingkampagnen.
- Du erstellst Grafiken, Präsentationen, Templates und weitere Design-Assets im Einklang mit unserer Corporate Identity.
- Du entwickelst Infografiken, Visuals und kreative Formate für Social Media, Website und interne Kommunikation.
- Du arbeitest mit modernen AI-Tools und unterstützt dabei, neue Anwendungsfälle für Marketing, Content-Erstellung und Effizienzsteigerung zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
- Du wirkst bei Analysen und Reportings mit und leitest gemeinsam mit dem Team Optimierungspotenziale ab.
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingprozesse und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein.

Was bringst Du mit?
- Du befindest Dich im fortgeschrittenen Bachelorstudium oder im Master, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Design, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing, Content Management, Design oder der digitalen Kommunikation gesammelt.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Canva sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Adobe Creative Cloud (z. B. Photoshop, Illustrator oder InDesign).
- Du interessierst Dich für digitale Trends, Content-Marketing, SEO und den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz im Marketing.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Gestaltung und Markenkommunikation.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast idealerweise sechs Monate Zeit, Teil unseres Teams zu werden.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
