Was dich erwartet
- Als feste Ansprechperson begleitest du Grundschulen und oder Kitas in ihrem Programmalltag
- Durch deine Beratung und Moderation unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung und nachhaltigen Verankerung gesundheitsförderlicher Maßnahmen, Strukturen und Netzwerke
- In verschiedenen digitalen Veranstaltungsformaten vermittelst du praxisnahes Wissen und förderst den Erfahrungsaustausch unter den Einrichtungen
- Du entwickelst mit den Einrichtungen passgenaue Lösungen und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Programmbausteine
- Mit deiner Dokumentation der Prozessverläufe wirkst du an der Qualitätssicherung sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Programms mit

Was du mitbringen solltest
- Staatlich anerkannter Berufs- oder Studienabschluss mit Kenntnissen und Bezug zu Gesundheit und Prävention in mindestens einem der Handlungsfelder Bewegung, Ernährung, Psychosoziale Gesundheit, Suchtprävention und Medienkompetenz
- Praxiserfahrung im Schul- und/oder Kita-Alltag
- Kompetenzen in Prozessbegleitung, Transformation & Vernetzung im Alltag von Kitas & Schulen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken, in Präsenz und digital
- Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Motivationskompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Teams sowie den gängigen Office-Anwendungen (z. B. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Offen, flexibel und durchsetzungsstark
- Führerschein der Klasse B, eigener PKW und Reisebereitschaft
