Was erwartet dich?
- Du entnimmst eigenständig Produktproben aus IBC-Containern und stellst so die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Kolleg:innen aus den Warenlagern und der Logistik organisierst Du die Bereitstellung der Proben und sicherst ein reibungsloses Management.
- Du übernimmst den Aufbau, die Pflege und die Organisation unseres Rückstellmusterlagers nach den Vorgaben der Qualitätskontrolle (QC).
- Die sorgfältige Sortierung und Verwaltung der Rückstellmuster nach Kriterien wie Produktablaufdaten gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du unterstützt das Team aktiv bei der Dokumentation und trägst zur Ordnung und Nachverfolgbarkeit im Labor- und Lagerumfeld bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bringst ein gutes chemisches Grundverständnis mit.
- Du kennst dich mit dem sicheren Umgang von Gefahrstoffen (z. B. Säuren und Laugen) aus und hast idealerweise schon erste praktische Laborerfahrung gesammelt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig, zuverlässig und eigenständig, was dir bei der Organisation des Probenlagers hilft.
- Dank deiner kommunikativen Art fällt dir die Abstimmung mit den Kolleg:innen aus Logistik und Labor leicht.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
