Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst gemeinsam mit uns, an welchen Stellen KI und Automatisierung im Unternehmen echten Mehrwert schaffen können
- Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Abläufe und entwickelst Ideen, wie diese effizienter, strukturierter oder teilautomatisiert umgesetzt werden können
- Du testest relevante KI-Tools, Workflows und Automatisierungsansätze für interne Prozesse, Marketing, Content, Vertrieb und Wissensaufbereitung
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Prozesse und Automationen, zum Beispiel mit Tools wie n8n, Make, Zapier oder ähnlichen Systemen
- Du hilfst dabei, bestehende Systeme intelligenter zu nutzen und sinnvoll miteinander zu verknüpfen, statt unnötig neue Insellösungen zu schaffen
- Du bereitest Informationen, Inhalte und Abläufe so auf, dass sie intern sauber dokumentiert, leichter nutzbar und besser skalierbar werden

- Du hast bereits diverse intensive praktische Berührungspunkte mit KI-Tools und beschäftigst dich nicht nur theoretisch mit dem Thema
- Du verstehst, dass gute KI-Arbeit nicht bei Prompts aufhört, sondern Prozesse, Ziele und Unternehmenskontext braucht
- Du interessierst dich für Themen wie Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung, digitale Workflows, Marketing, Vertrieb oder Wissensmanagement

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
