Bei digid erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, bei der Präzision, technisches Know-how und Qualitätsbewusstsein im Mittelpunkt stehen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst filigrane Drahtbondarbeiten an elektronischen Baugruppen durch.
- Du bedienst unsere Bondanlagen (Ball Bonding / Wedge Bonding).
- Du bist beim Aufbau und Kontaktierung von Prototypen und Kleinserien beteiligt.
- Du arbeitest mit dem Lichtmikroskop und führst Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen durch.
- Du unterstützt in der Dokumentation von Fertigungs- und Prüfergebnissen und arbeitest in einer Produktionsumgebung gemäß ISO 13485.
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Bond- und Packaging-Prozessen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in in einem MINT-Studiengang, z. B. Maschinenbau, Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Optoelektronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Mikroelektronik, Sensorik, Fertigungstechnik oder Laborarbeit gesammelt.
- Erfahrungen im Drahtbonden (Wire Bonding), Chip-on-Board oder Sensor Packaging sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes feinmotorisches Geschick und arbeitest sorgfältig und präzise.
- Erste Erfahrungen in Reinraumumgebungen sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft und legst Wert auf eine saubere Dokumentation deiner Arbeit.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine selbstständige, proaktive und pragmatische Arbeitsweise aus und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld und bringst Flexibilität mit.
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast Interesse an innovativen Technologien und möchtest praktische Erfahrungen in einem Deep-Tech-Unternehmen sammeln.
