Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst Innovations- und Förderpotenziale in den Bereichen nachhaltiges Bauen, energetische Sanierung, Kreislaufwirtschaft und ressourceneffiziente Gebäudetechnik
- Du erstellst technisch fundierte und inhaltlich präzise Texte zu innovativen Bau- und Energietechnologien im Rahmen von Projektanträgen und Fördermittelskizzen
- Du berätst Kund:innen zu aktuellen Entwicklungen, Technologien und politischen Rahmenbedingungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft
- Du recherchierst geeignete Förderprogramme auf Landes-, Bundes- und EU-Ebene für Bauprojekte, Bestandssanierungen und nachhaltige Immobilieninvestitionen
- Du analysierst und bereitest Förderrichtlinien, Merkblätter und Verwaltungsvorschriften auf, um komplexe Anforderungen verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Du vernetzt und vermittelst zwischen etablierten Bauunternehmen, Technologieanbietern und innovativen Start-ups zur effizienten Umsetzung von Projekten und entwickelst kontinuierlich interne Prozesse weiter, indem du neue Methoden und digitale Tools im Projekt- und Bauprozessmanagement einbringst

- Kompetitives Gehalt: Du erhältst als Werkstudierende:r ein Gehalt von 15 Euro/h bis 17,5 Euro/h, abhängig von Eignung und Erfahrung, sowie eine Erfolgsbeteiligung. Praktikumsvergütung variiert je nach Art des Praktikums (freiwillig oder Pflicht)
- Unbefristeter Vertrag: Als Werkstudierende:r profitierst du von einem unbefristeten Vertrag mit schnellen Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten und Aussicht auf Führungsverantwortung
- Zentrales Arbeiten: Du arbeitest in unseren Büros in Berlin-Mitte und hast die Möglichkeit, teilweise im Homeoffice oder remote zu arbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in den Bereichen: Natur- und Ingenieurwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder in einem einschlägigen relevanten / fachverwandten Studienbereich
- Du bist aktuell als Studierender (m/w/d) eingeschrieben
- Du hast ein breit gefächertes Interesse für technologische Neuheiten
- Du denkst initiativ und eigenverantwortlich, bist lösungsorientiert und bringst eine Hands-On-Mentalität mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Gewissenhaftigkeit, deinen Teamgeist, deine hohe Motivation und Verantwortungsbereitschaft aus
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, kannst Prioritäten setzen, unter zeitlichem Druck performen und hast keine Scheu bei der Kommunikation mit Kundschaft, Behörden und anderen Stakeholdern. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau) sind erforderlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
