Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen unsere Teams im Einkauf und Vertrieb, bearbeiten Anfragen und erstellen mit MS Office erste Angebote und Bestellungen
- Sie wirken bei der Rechnungsprüfung sowie der Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen mit und erhalten so Einblicke in unser Rechnungswesen
- Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie Lieferanten und lernen, als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen zu agieren
- Sie pflegen Stammdaten in unserem System, erstellen Auswertungen und unterstützen bei der Organisation von internen Abläufen
- Sie werden schrittweise in eigenständige kleine Projekte eingebunden und lernen dabei alle kaufmännischen Prozesse von Grund auf kennen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben die Schule mit einem guten Abschluss (z. B. Mittlere Reife) beendet und können solide Noten in Deutsch, Mathe und Englisch vorweisen
- Sie bringen ein grundlegendes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie ein starkes Interesse für wirtschaftliche Prozesse, Daten und Zahlen mit
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und zeichnen sich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Lernbereitschaft aus
- Sie kommunizieren klar und sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und verfügen idealerweise über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ein PKW-Führerschein ist wünschenswert, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
