Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere "Let's Grow Community", beantwortest Fragen und förderst aktiv den Austausch unter den Mitgliedern.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du kreative Ideen für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle wie Instagram und unseren Podcast und begleitest die Inhalte von der Konzeption bis zur Veröffentlichung.
- Du wirkst bei der Produktion von Video-Content mit – von der Vorbereitung der Drehs über den Schnitt bis zum finalen Upload.
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Onlinekurse und stellst sicher, dass alle Inhalte für unsere Nutzer:innen optimal aufbereitet sind.
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Auswertung von Umfragen, um wertvolles Feedback aus unserer Community zu sammeln und aufzubereiten.
- Du bist bei der Planung und Durchführung unserer Online- und Live-Events dabei und sorgst mit für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
