Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Property Management Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, pflegst Objekt- und Mieterstammdaten und übernimmst die digitale Dokumentenablage.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Mietverträgen sowie Nachträgen mit und sammelst so wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement.
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, von der Beauftragung bis zur Nachverfolgung in Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Du bereitest Termine wie Besprechungen oder Objektbegehungen vor und unterstützt das Team bei der Umsetzung von Projekten.

- Du studierst aktuell mit einem Schwerpunkt im Bereich Immobilien und wirst dein Studium frühstens in einem Jahr abschließen
- Du hast Interesse daran einen Einblick in die Welt des Property Management und erlangen, vielleicht sogar als späteren Berufseinstieg
- Du hast idealerweisde schon erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Real Estate sammeln können, diese sind aber kein Muss
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Service- und Lösungsorientierung
- Du hast Lust Verantwortung zu übernehmen und bringst ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
