Was erwartet dich?
- Als Teil der MERZ Gruppe entwickelst du dein Vertriebsgebiet eigenständig weiter und identifizierst gezielt neue Marktpotenziale
- Du baust aktiv nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen zu Elektrikern Bauunternehmen, Kommunen, Planern etc. auf
- Du präsentierst unser Produktportfolio direkt bei Kund:innen und überzeugst durch praxisnahe Beratung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Großhandelspartnern und Handelsvertreter:innen zusammen und stärkst unsere Marktposition
- Du planst und begleitest regionale Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Du analysierst Markttrends und gibst wertvolle Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Elektro-/Baubranche
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, und hast eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Du hast einen gültigen PKW Führerschein der Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
- Du hast sichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Gerne hast Du bereits erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst oder im Elektrogroßhandel oder in der Baubranche (kein Muss)
