Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kund:innen und berätst sie fachkundig zu unserem Sortiment (Garten, Tier, Freizeit, Regionales)
- Du packst bei der Warenannahme mit an, kontrollierst die Lieferungen und sorgst dafür, dass die Regale immer optimal gefüllt sind
- Du setzt Verkaufsaktionen eigenverantwortlich um und sorgst für eine ansprechende, saubere und verkaufsfördernde Warenpräsentation
- Du bedienst unsere modernen Kassensysteme und wickelst den Kassiervorgang sowie Reklamationen kundenorientiert ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel, Verkäufer/-in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Quereinsteiger mit Vertriebstalent sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen
- Du bringst idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im Handel mit (Bereiche wie Garten, Baumarkt oder Agrar sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
- Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- Du bist freundlich, kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und behältst auch bei hoher Kundenfrequenz den Überblick
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist absolut zuverlässig und ein echter Teamplayer:in

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
