Was erwartet dich?
- Mit deinem Fachwissen löst du gern die Probleme unserer Kunden und bist dabei wichtiger Teil des gesamten Projekts
- Du führst Reparatur- und Service Dienstleistungen beim Endkunden durch, zum Teil per Remote-Zugriff
- Austausch und Programmierung von Ersatzteilen
- Nach erfolgreicher Instandsetzung Überprüfung der Gesamtanlage und Dokumentation sowie Übergabe an den Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Neu-Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen von medientechnischen Anlagen und Digital Signage Systemen am Standort Hamburg und deutschlandweit bei unseren Kunden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder im Bereich der Medien- oder Elektrotechnik
- Wir nehmen gerne auch Berufsanfänger
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der Informations- und Netzwerktechnik sowie des Windows Betriebssystems
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Audio- und Videotechnik oder Digital Signage Systemen und Display Technologien / Streaming Technologien / Mediensteuerung
- Ein sicheres, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden
- Kommunikationsfreudigkeit
- Teamarbeit macht dir genauso Spaß wie eigenverantwortliches und selbständiges Arbeiten
- Reisebereitschaft
- Du stellst den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt und bist dafür auch ab und an flexibel
- Du hast Lust auch mal um die Ecke zu denken
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine gewisse handwerkliche Begabung (McGyver Fähigkeiten von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend)
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
