- Du baust KI-Automationen in n8n – von einfachen Integrationen bis hin zu komplexen, multi-step Workflows in verschiedensten Technologien
- Du integrierst bestehende Systeme über APIs – egal welche Softwarelandschaft der Kunde mitbringt
- Scripting und Programmierung für individuelle Prozesslogik
- Projektmanagement: Statusberichte, Abstimmungen, Übergaben
- Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden auf fachlicher und technischer Ebene
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die laufenden Automationen in unserer Cloud-Umgebung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast schon Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung gesammelt und weißt, wie guter Code aussieht
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in n8n oder einem vergleichbaren Tool
- Full-Stack-Erfahrung ist ideal – du kennst dich aus mit: Frontend & Backend, APIs, Deployment, Datenbanken (SQL, PostgreSQL, Airtable o.ä.), UI/UX
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Agenten und LLMs (Interaktion und Generierung)
- Gute Balance zwischen eigenem Denken und dem gezielten Einsatz von KI, um Dinge schneller zu machen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit APIs und Systemintegrationen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und findest Lösungen, auch wenn der Weg unklar ist
- Du hast einen Bachelor und mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Offen und kommunikativ – du bringst dich aktiv in Brainstormings und Diskussionen ein
- Kreativ – du kommst mit eigenen Ideen, die wir noch nicht auf dem Schirm hatten
- Technisches Grundverständnis – du denkst nicht nur in einem Tool, sondern verstehst das große Bild hinter Technik und Code

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
