Was erwartet dich?
· Planung und Pflege des Redaktionsplans in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing Lead,
· Erstellung, Veröffentlichung und Optimierung von Content in verschiedenen Formaten – auch selbst vor der Kamera,
· Übersetzung von Produktneuigkeiten, Marketingthemen und Forschungstrends in zielgruppengerechte Beiträge,
· Entwicklung kreativer Content-Ideen mit Fokus auf akademische und forschungsnahe Zielgruppen,
· Mitwirkung bei Ads-Kampagnen, Produkt-Launches und Marketinginitiativen,
· Qualitätssicherung von Beiträgen hinsichtlich Tonalität, Markenstandards und Konsistenz über alle Kanäle.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im Social Media Management oder in der Content Creation mit und bist vertraut mit gängigen Tools zur Video- und Bildbearbeitung (z. B. CapCut, Adobe Express).
- Du hast ein feines Gespür für digitale Trends, Storytelling und die richtige Tonalität für Zielgruppen auf Kanälen wie LinkedIn, Instagram oder TikTok.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist kreativ und eigenständig, gleichzeitig bist du ein echter Teamplayer mit positiver Ausstrahlung.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch stilsicher in Wort und Schrift.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
