- Abstimmung von Kundenanforderungen und Bedarfsanalysen an Testdaten
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Testdatenmanagementprojekten und -lösungen
- Verantwortung der Evaluation, Einführung und Anpassung von geeigneten Testdaten-Werkzeugen
- Beratung zum Umgang mit Datenalterung, -anonymisierung und -konservierung
- Konzeption zur Integration in bestehende Unternehmensprozesse, CI Pipelines und automatisierte Bereitstellung der Daten
- Koordination aller Aktivitäten mit den Entwicklungs-Teams, dem Infrastrukturmanagement und der Qualitätssicherung
- Definition und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutzvorhaben
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungsmaßnahmen beim Kunden
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen zur Erweiterung unserer Dienstleistungen im Bereich Testdaten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Deutsch min. auf C1 Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse auf Basis eines abgeschlossenen Studiums oder Ausbildung mit IT-Bezug bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwaretest- und IT-Qualitätssicherung
- Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Datenstrukturen und IT-Systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse mindestens eines Datenbanksystems (z.B. Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, IMS)
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit mindestens einem Werkzeug zum Testdatenmanagement (z.B. Informatica TDM Suite, ab initio, CA TDM, SAP TDMS)
- Kenntnisse zu regulatorischen Anforderungen, Datenschutz, Datensicherheit und Modellierung von Daten/Prozessen sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich DevOps CI / CD sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten verbunden mit hoher Lösungsorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
