Als Werkstudent:in supportest du ein weltweit aktives Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Pumpentechnik und arbeitest direkt an technischen Lösungen mit. Du sorgst dafür, dass die passenden Ersatzteile genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt beim Kunden ankommen – und verstehst dabei, warum diese Teile gebraucht werden.
Du bist nah an der Technik, übernimmst Verantwortung und sammelst schon mal wertvolle Erfahrung für deine Zukunft, indem du Theorie und Praxis miteinander verbindest.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die technische Auftragsabwicklung für das Ersatzteilegeschäft (Pumpen)
- Du erfasst, bearbeitest und verfolgst Kundenaufträge im ERP-System
- Du stimmst dich mit Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Einkauf und Verkauf ab
- Du unterstützt bei Forecast-Prozessen zur Absatz- und Bedarfsplanung
- Du arbeitest in Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen mit
- Du analysierst und bereitest Daten auf und erstellst Auswertungen und Präsentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
- Du hast ein Grundverständnis für Auftragsabwicklung, Produktions- oder Logistikprozesse
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist zuverlässig, teamfähig und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und sorgfältig und hast Interesse an kaufmännischen und technischen Zusammenhängen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
