Was erwartet dich?
- Als fester Teil des Letting Teams unterstützt du deine Kolleg:innen im operativen Tagesgeschäft – von der Stammdatenpflege bis zur Vorbereitung wichtiger Termine.
- Du übernimmst die Koordination von Besichtigungsterminen, organisierst interne Abstimmungen und bist dabei eine zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Beteiligten.
- Mit MS Office erstellst du aussagekräftige Vermietungsunterlagen wie Exposés und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management professionell auf.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Vermietungskonzepte mit und erlebst, wie aus Ideen erfolgreiche Strategien werden.
- Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Visualisierung wichtiger Letting-Kennzahlen und hilfst so, datenbasierte Grundlagen für unsere Entscheidungen zu schaffen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst idealerweise ein immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich und hast Interesse daran, einen Einblick in die Immobilienwelt zu erlangen, vielleicht sogar als späteren Berufseinstieg
- Du besitzt idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilien – diese sind jedoch kein Muss
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Service- und Lösungsorientierung
- Du hast Lust Verantwortung zu übernehmen und bringst ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit
- Du beherrschst die gängigen Office-Programme sicher
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
