Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Du kommunizierst täglich mit Top-Entscheider:innen aus Unternehmen und vermarktest unsere Produkte in den Bereichen Employer Branding und Recruiting.
- Du berätst deine Kund:innen per Telefon und Video-Call dazu, wie sie Schüler:innen und Student:innen über Studyflix erfolgreich für sich gewinnen können.
- Deine Termine werden dir vom Team gelegt, damit du dich voll auf das konzentrieren kannst, was zählt: überzeugende Pitches, starke Beratung und erfolgreiche Abschlüsse.
- Du verantwortest den Sales-Cycle vom Pitch über die Angebotsbesprechung bis zum Abschluss.
- Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst insbesondere Groß- und Bestandskunden strategisch weiter.
- Du nutzt Trainings, Coachings und Feedback aktiv, um deine Performance kontinuierlich zu steigern und dich als Top-Performer im Sales weiterzuentwickeln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
