Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Bau- und Projektleitung aktiv bei anspruchsvollen Mieterausbauprojekten, sowohl direkt auf der Baustelle als auch im Büro.
- Du wirkst bei der Baustellenorganisation mit, übernimmst die digitale Dokumentation des Baufortschritts (z.B. mit Procore) und unterstützt bei der Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle nach VOB.
- Im Projektmanagement hilfst Du bei der Bauzeitenplanung (z.B. mit ASTA Powerproject), bereitest Angebotsvergleiche vor und unterstützt bei der Rechnungsprüfung.
- Als kommunikative Schnittstelle nimmst Du an Baubesprechungen teil und koordinierst Abstimmungen zwischen dem Team, externen Planern und den Auftraggebern.
- Du erstellst und pflegst wichtige Projektdokumente, wertest Daten aus und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte und Präsentationen mit MS Office.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell im Studiengang Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder einem vergleichbaren Fach eingeschrieben.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Procore oder ASTA Powerproject gesammelt.
- Erste Einblicke in die Kalkulation, Bauzeitenplanung oder das Nachtragsmanagement sind ein klares Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres Auftreten.
- Du hast Lust, dich aktiv einzubringen und sowohl auf der Baustelle als auch im Büro mit anzupacken.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch (mind. B2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
