Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Abwicklung sowie der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen durch administrative Tätigkeiten
- Du kümmerst dich um die Organisation und Koordination der Referent:innen und stellst sicher, dass alles rund um die Schulungen reibungslos verläuft
- Du sorgst für die Planung und Bereitstellung geeigneter Räumlichkeiten für die Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Du hilfst bei der Planung und Überwachung des Weiterbildungsbudgets, prüfst Rechnungen gegenüber Angeboten und gibst diese frei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Pädagogik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Weiterbildung, idealerweise durch Praktika oder Nebenjobs
- Du hast ein gutes Organisationstalent, behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick, bist kommunikativ und hast Freude daran, mit Menschen zu arbeiten
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, und hast idealerweise Vorerfahrungen mit MS Teams
- Du verfügst idealerweise über SAP HCM-Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
