Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Sales-Team aktiv bei der Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten für unsere Fernwärme-Kund:innen, unter anderem mit MS Excel.
- Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kundschaft, bearbeitest Anfragen per E-Mail sowie Telefon und hilfst bei der Rechnungsstellung.
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich kleinere Projekte, beispielsweise zur Verbesserung interner Abläufe, und bringst diese erfolgreich zum Abschluss.
- Du bringst deine Ideen bei der redaktionellen Gestaltung unseres internen Newsletters ein – von der Themenfindung bis zur finalen Veröffentlichung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
