Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst hochpräzise Einzelteile für unsere Gussformen und Werkzeuge, indem du klassische Techniken wie Feilen, Drehen und Fräsen anwendest.
- Anschließend montierst du diese Bauteile zu komplexen Werkzeugen, die direkt in unserer Gießerei zum Einsatz kommen.
- Du lernst, computergesteuerte CNC-Maschinen zu programmieren und zu bedienen und bekommst Einblicke in die Funktionsweise von Hydraulik und Pneumatik.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Ausbilder und dem Team bist du auch bei Kunden vor Ort im Einsatz, um unsere Werkzeuge zu warten und zu optimieren.
- Du stellst die Qualität unserer Produkte sicher, indem du sorgfältige Prüfungen und Messungen durchführst und die Ergebnisse dokumentierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen guten Haupt- oder Realschulabschluss in der Tasche oder stehst kurz davor.
- Du begeisterst dich für Technik, bringst handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen mit.
- Eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich und du hast Freude daran, im Team zu arbeiten.
- Du bist motiviert, einen zukunftssicheren Handwerksberuf von Grund auf zu erlernen.
- Für die Kommunikation im Team und in der Berufsschule bringst du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
