Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Finance-Team aktiv bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und lernst so die zentralen Finanzprozesse kennen.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Budgets und Forecasts mit und hilfst uns dabei, die finanzielle Zukunft des Unternehmens verlässlich zu planen.
- Du führst eigenständig Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen in Excel durch und bereitest die Ergebnisse als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management auf.
- Du erstellst und pflegst regelmäßige Reportings für verschiedene Fachbereiche und sorgst so für Transparenz bei wichtigen Kennzahlen.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um unsere bestehenden Controlling-Instrumente und Reporting-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell im Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen mit – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und das Interesse, dich im Controlling weiterzuentwickeln, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
