Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst aktiv an Projekten zur Organisations- und Kulturentwicklung mit und unterstützt unser Team dabei, Veränderungsprozesse im Unternehmen erfolgreich zu gestalten.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Organisation unserer internen Schulungen und Workshops – von der Koordination der Termine bis zur Erstellung der Teilnehmerunterlagen.
- Mithilfe von MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bereitest du Daten aus Mitarbeiterumfragen auf und erstellst aussagekräftige Präsentationen und Reportings für das Management.
- Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Dokumentation unserer HR-Prozesse und hilfst dabei, unsere internen Abläufe im Qualitätsmanagement kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Fachbereichen unterstützt du die interne Kommunikation und stellst sicher, dass alle Stakeholder über aktuelle HR-Projekte informiert sind.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen gesammelt – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenständig und hast Spaß daran, mit unterschiedlichen Teams zu kommunizieren.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, fühlst du dich sicher.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
