Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung diverser Verträge (z.B. IT-Dienstleistungsverträge, NDAs)
- Du bist bei verschiedenen rechtlichen Themen im Unternehmen involviert (z.B. Beratung bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen, Geltendmachung von Ansprüchen in Mahnverfahren, Korrespondenz mit Anwaltskanzleien)
- Du unterstützt unser People & Culture Team durch Recherchen im Arbeits- und Personalrecht sowie die Umsetzung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Rechtswissenschaften (o.ä.) an einer deutschen Universität
- Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themenbereiche ein und freust dich darauf, in direktem Kontakt mit Kolleg:innen sowie Kund:innen zu arbeiten
- Du hast (erste) Kenntnisse im IT-, Vertrags- und ggf. Arbeitsrecht
- Du hast eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
