Was erwartet dich?
- Türsteher*in light: Wie in einem Club bist du bei uns der erste Kontakt im Space. Du begrüßt Member und Gäste, gibst Orientierung und sorgst dafür, dass sich jede Person sofort willkommen fühlt. Locker im Umgang, wach im Blick bist du das Aushängeschild des werkhains.
- Space Manager*in im Alltag: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort und hältst den Betrieb am Laufen. Du löst Themen pragmatisch, behältst den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
- Community Connector*in: Du kommst mit Menschen ins Gespräch, merkst dir Gesichter und Interessen und stellst Verbindungen her, wenn es passt. Du sammelst Feedback und bringst die wichtigsten Learnings ins Team, damit wir das werkhain stetig verbessern.
- Event und Raum Supporter*in: Du unterstützt bei Event- und Raumanfragen, übernimmst Besichtigungen und betreust unsere Community Events von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Du planst Formate mit, koordinierst die Vorbereitung und sorgst vor Ort dafür, dass alles sitzt.
- Kreativmacher*in und Digital Support: Du kreierst Content für unsere Kanäle, machst Canva Assets und dokumentierst das Leben im Space. Es gibt immer kreative Aufgaben, von Eventgrafiken über kleine Print Sachen bis zu Website Updates und Landingpages.
- The Sky is the Limit: Das werkhain wächst weiter und du wächst mit. Du bringst Ideen ein und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns Formate und Touchpoints, die die Community noch stärker machen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in, brennst für Community-Themen und suchst nach praktischer Erfahrung neben dem Studium.
- Als offenes Kommunikationstalent gehst du gerne auf Menschen zu – erste Erfahrungen im Service oder an einem Front Desk sind dabei ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Du hast ein Auge für Details, packst proaktiv mit an und bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit, um unseren Space jeden Tag ein bisschen besser zu machen.
- Du bringst ein gutes Grundverständnis für Social Media und Content-Erstellung mit, idealerweise hast du bereits mit Tools wie Canva, Wix oder WordPress gearbeitet.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit, um dich mit unserer internationalen Community auszutauschen.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
