Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst und validierst Verträge, beseitigst Unstimmigkeiten und sorgst für eine korrekte Erfassung im CRM
- Du erstellst Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen und führst vor dem Versand, die abschließende Qualitätsprüfungen durch
- Du stimmst dich mit dem Vertrieb und dem Customer Success Team, bezüglich laufender Verträge ab, beispielsweise bei Vertragsverlängerungen und -kündigungen
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen zu Verträgen und zur Rechnungsstellung
- Du bist für das DSO-Management verantwortlich, indem Du Forderungen und überfällige Rechnungen nachverfolgst und einen gesunden Cashflow unterstützt
