Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement von Pay Transparency in Europa, indem du Arbeitsgruppen mit Arbeitgeber- und Arbeitnehmervertreter:innen unterstützt, um Ergebnisse zu generieren, Richtlinien zu erarbeiten und abzustimmen sowie Wissen und Maßnahmen zu trainieren und zu kommunizieren
- Du vermittelst Änderungen im Hinblick auf die Zielgruppe Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Betriebsräte
- Du unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung von neuen oder geänderten Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Du unterstützt die Stellenbewertungen nach der Methodik von WTW

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Business Management, General Management, Personalmanagement, International Business oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse in HR, Projektmanagement und Consulting mit, was von Vorteil ist
- Du verfügst über hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und ein sehr gutes Organisationstalent
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
