Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als Core Systems Operator Teil unseres Operations-Teams und bist mitverantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer rund 100 Linux (Ubuntu LTS) Server, wodurch du zum Fels in der Brandung unserer IT-Landschaft wirst
- Du sammelst als Cluster & Cloud Commander wertvolle Praxiserfahrung bei der Betreuung unseres international verteilten Apache Cassandra Clusters und unseres Kubernetes Clusters auf Bare-Metal-Servern und unterstützt uns beim Management des Cloud-Backups
- Du sorgst als Infrastructure Hero dafür, dass im Office vom Netzwerk bis zur Hardware alles rund läuft, und bezwingst den Endgegner – unseren Drucker, wobei wir dir seelischen Beistand leisten und deine Heldentaten feiern
- Du hast als Guardian of the Metrics mit Tools wie Prometheus und Grafana unsere System-Metriken stets im Blick, hilfst dem Team, Engpässe frühzeitig zu erkennen und stellst sicher, dass wir bei Problemen proaktiv handeln können, bevor sie eskalieren
- Du bist als Onboarding-Captain die erste Anlaufstelle für neue Teammitglieder, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start, übernimmst das technische On- und Offboarding und stellst sicher, dass neue Gefährt:innen vom ersten Tag an bestens ausgerüstet sind
- Du bestimmst maßgeblich mit, welche Fähigkeiten du während deiner Zeit bei uns ausbaust und in welchen Bereichen du Karriere machen möchtest, während wir für eine gründliche Einarbeitung sorgen und dir erfahrene Mentor:innen zur Seite stellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und hast eine große Leidenschaft für den Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Systemadministration mit Linux gesammelt – sei es im Studium, in Projekten oder privat.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du, wenn du schon einmal mit Monitoring-Tools wie Prometheus oder Grafana in Berührung gekommen bist.
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest dich mit Neugier und Ehrgeiz in neue Themen ein und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2) und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, um dich im Team sicher zu verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
