- You work closely with the Co-CEO on strategic and operational priorities, gaining a holistic view of building and scaling a company
- You take ownership of key initiatives across financial, people, and organizational topics and cross-functional scaling projects, improving processes and implementing systems to enable sustainable growth
- You support our company in leveraging internal AI tools, identifying use cases, improving adoption, and helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows
- You conduct strategic research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and best practices to inform decision-making
- You prepare decision-ready materials, presentations, and briefings for leadership and key stakeholders
- You help optimize internal workflows and ensure data quality and transparency across core systems, acting as a sparring partner in day-to-day business

What should you bring along?
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
- You are proactive, hands-on, and eager to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment
- You have an interest in SaaS, B2B business models, and scaling organizations
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
