Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück unserer Baukolonne bedienst Du moderne Baugeräte wie Bagger und Radlader, um Gräben für zukunftsweisende Glasfasernetze auszuheben.
- Du verlegst präzise Kabelschutzrohre und schaffst damit die technische Grundlage für eine stabile und schnelle Internetverbindung in der Region.
- Nach der Verlegung stellst Du Oberflächen aus Pflaster, Asphalt oder Beton fachgerecht wieder her und sorgst für ein sauberes Erscheinungsbild der Baustelle.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Polier und Deinem Team sicherst Du die Baustelle ab und bereitest die täglichen Arbeiten sorgfältig vor.
- Du übernimmst aktiv Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften und bist damit ein wichtiges Vorbild im Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tiefbauer:in, Straßenbauer:in, Baugeräteführer:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch als motivierte:r Quereinsteiger:in bist du willkommen.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Baugeräten wie Baggern oder Radladern mit.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE; ein LKW-Führerschein (C1E/CE) ist ein Pluspunkt oder du bist bereit, diesen zu erwerben.
- Eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du kannst dich auf Deutsch gut verständigen, um die Sicherheit auf der Baustelle zu gewährleisten.
