Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Demo-Calls und Webinare durch, in denen du aktiv zuhörst, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen im E-Commerce- und SaaS-Bereich verstehst und passende Lösungen ableitest
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Support-Tickets und findest schnelle, kundenorientierte Lösungen
- Du präsentierst, verkaufst und implementierst unsere Cloud-Integrationslösungen in Online-Terminen – praxisnah und verständlich
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Onboarding- & Automation-Team zusammen, um Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen und unsere Lösungen stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Du erstellst eigenständig Content wie Blogartikel, Templates oder Hilfeseiten und unterstützt aktiv bei der Umsetzung unserer KI- & Content-Strategie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt – idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse mit
- Du verstehst es, realistische Ziele und KPIs zu definieren, zu verfolgen und zu erreichen – sowohl für dich als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Finanz- oder Lohnbuchhaltung mit oder hast ein gutes Verständnis für steuernahe Prozesse
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und Inhalte und unterstützt gerne bei der Umsetzung von Content-Strategien, z. B. durch Templates, Blogposts oder Hilfeseiten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace oder ähnlichen Systemen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
