Was Dich erwartet:
- Du arbeitest aktiv an strategischen Fragestellungen rund um Energiewirtschaft, Strommärkte und Erneuerbare Energien – und nutzt dabei gezielt KI als Werkzeug zur Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung
- Du recherchierst und analysierst Markt- und regulatorische Entwicklungen (z. B. Gesetzesänderungen und Trends) und leitest daraus fundierte Perspektiven für zukünftige Geschäftsmodelle ab
- Du entwickelst und nutzt KI-gestützte Ansätze, um komplexe Zusammenhänge zu strukturieren und neue Lösungswege zu erschließen
- Du dokumentierst, analysierst und optimierst Unternehmensprozesse und bringst Deine Kenntnisse z.B. in BPMN 2.0 aktiv ein
- Du bereitest Deine Ergebnisse in Präsentationen auf und präsentierst diese überzeugend – sowohl intern als auch extern
- Du hinterfragst bestehende Ansätze, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells mit

Was Du mitbringst:
- Du studierst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energiewirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL (Schwerpunkt Strategie/Innovation) oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du interessierst Dich stark für KI, Energiewirtschaft und strategisches Management
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im strukturierten und wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten, z. B. im Rahmen von Seminararbeiten oder Projekten
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Themen eigenständig strukturieren und durchdringen
- Du denkst kritisch, hinterfragst bestehende Ansätze und gehst Themen mit Neugier und Offenheit an

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
