Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst, verbesserst oder gestaltest Geschäftsprozesse neu. Dabei nutzt du in Workshops zur Prozessvisualisierung und Dokumentation die Horus® Geschäftsprozess-Tools und vorgefertigte Best Practice-Referenzmodelle
- Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit den Fachexpert:innen des Kunden nach einem standardisierten Verfahren Anforderungsspezifikationen für die Konfiguration des Zielsystems und Vorgaben für kundenspezifische Zusatzentwicklungen und Integrationen. Zudem definierst du geeignete Testfälle
- Du greifst für schnelle Implementierungen auf vorgefertigte SuiteSuccess- oder Best Practice-Lösungen zurück, die in einem agilen Verfahren evolutionär weiterentwickelt werden
- Du designst, konfigurierst, personalisierst und testest die Geschäftsprozesse im Oracle NetSuite ERP-System
- Du konzipierst die Datenmigration und unterstützt im Transformationsprozess, in der Datenbereinigung (Data Cleansing) und der Migrationsdurchführung
- Du unterstützt das organisatorische Change Management und planst sowie führst Trainings- und Coaching-Maßnahmen durch
- Du unterstützt nach Bedarf den Kunden in der Betriebsphase, löst Anwendungsprobleme und beseitigst Systemfehler sowie pflegst und entwickelst das System laufend weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft, BWL mit IT-Affinität, Informatik mit BWL-Affinität oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Praxiserfahrung
- Du besitzt betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Enterprise Performance Management, SCM/Logistik und Produktion oder Customer Experience (Vertrieb, Marketing, Service)
- Du hast Kenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der tool-gestützten Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Du setzt digitale Technologien und AI verantwortungsbewusst ein, um nachhaltige humane Anwendererlebnisse zu schaffen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Abstraktions- und Strukturierungsvermögen, Sorgfalt in der Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Präsentationsunterlagen sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist mobil in der Projektarbeit im In- und Ausland
