Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest fachlich und organisatorisch das Team Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit
- Du erstellst Monats- und Quartalsauswertungen sowie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Du optimierst und digitalisierst Prozesse, zum Beispiel mit DATEV Unternehmen online
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen, Steuerberater:innen und Betriebsprüfer:innen
- Du schulst, leitest an und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d)
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, idealerweise in einer Steuerkanzlei
- Du hast idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Du gehst selbstständig und handlungsorientiert vor und hast eine ausgeprägte Entscheidungsstärke
- Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe, zeigst Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamgeist
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und eigenverantwortlich, bist flexibel und belastbar
