Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die rechtssichere Organisation des gesamten Elektrobereichs und steuern alle Maßnahmen zum betrieblichen Arbeitsschutz für unsere Industrie- und Gewerbekunden.
- Sie führen eigenständig Gefährdungsbeurteilungen durch und entwickeln daraus praxisnahe Arbeits- und Betriebsanweisungen nach aktuellem Regelwerk.
- Als fachliche Leitung planen und koordinieren Sie die Elektroinstallationsarbeiten auf den Baustellen und stellen die Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Sie stellen die Kompetenz Ihrer Teams sicher, indem Sie regelmäßige Schulungen und Unterweisungen konzipieren und durchführen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker:in oder Meister:in im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation bildet Ihre Basis.
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Elektroinstallation mit und fühlen sich in diesem Bereich zu Hause.
- Sie haben bereits erfolgreich Baustellen im Industrie- oder Gewerbeumfeld geleitet und bringen erste Führungserfahrung mit.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau (C1), sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen runden Ihr Profil ab.
