Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der termingerechten Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung aller steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsvertraglichen Vorgaben
- Du pflegst sowie erfasst Personal- und Zeitwirtschaftsdaten im SAP R/3 HR-System
- Du bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte sowie externe Stellen (z. B. Krankenkassen und Behörden) bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest alle relevanten Bescheinigungen, Meldungen und Dokumente und verwaltest die Personalakten
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit externen Dienstleistern
- Du wirkst an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse mit und unterstützt in HR-Projekten sowie übernimmst allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Personalverwaltung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Fortbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann-/frau (m/w/d)
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Du verfügst über gute SAP-Kenntnisse (R/3 HR) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lohnabrechnungssystemen
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und hast eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
