Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Recruiting (End-to-End) für verschiedene Zielgruppen, von kaufmännischen bis zu Fach- und IT-Positionen
- Du betreibst Active Sourcing und steuerst sowie optimierst Recruiting-Kanäle (z. B. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing)
- Du entwickelst Employer Branding Maßnahmen weiter und setzt diese um (z. B. Karriereseite, Social Media, Kampagnen)
- Du berätst und bist Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte im Recruiting und bei personalrelevanten Themen
- Du arbeitest an Personal-Projekten mit (z. B. Prozesse, Mitarbeiterbindung, Organisationsentwicklung)
- Du unterstützt in ausgewählten administrativen Personalthemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Personal-/Wirtschaftsbereich
- Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting mit und hast nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Besetzung von Positionen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Recruiting-Prozessen und im Active Sourcing
- Du gehst sicher mit gängigen Recruiting-Tools um (z. B. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in generalistischen Personal-Themen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und verbindlich und besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie professionelles Stakeholder-Management

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
