- Du unterstützt aktiv die Kundenberater:innen in der Hotline mit Fokus auf private Komposit- und Lebensversicherungen
- Du berätst Privat- und Gewerbekund:innen aller Kundensegmente
- Du führst eigenständig und fallabschließend die Schadenregulierung im Privat- und Gewerbekundengeschäft durch
- Du analysierst Mitbewerberangebote und erstellst abschlussfähige Angebote zu unseren Produkten
- Du bildest Kundenberater:innen im Bereich Komposit- und Lebensversicherung aus und coachst sie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherung und Finanzen, Bankkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den Produkten der privaten und gewerblichen Komposit- und Lebensversicherungen der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität, Vertriebsstärke und ein hohes Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsweisen mit
- Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation
