- Als technische:r Expert:in begleitest Du unser Vertriebsteam zu Kundenterminen und übersetzt komplexe Projektanfragen in konkrete Lösungsstrategien.
- Du analysierst die bestehenden IT-Landschaften sowie die Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen und identifizierst daraus technische und geschäftliche Potenziale.
- Du konzipierst und designst maßgeschneiderte IT-Architekturen in den Bereichen Cloud, Microsoft 365, Netzwerk sowie Security und bewertest deren technische Machbarkeit.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und unseren technischen Teams erstellst Du die Angebotsgrundlagen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Übergabe in die Umsetzung.
- Du bringst Deine Expertise aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer standardisierten Servicekonzepte und Kundenplattformen ein, um unser Portfolio zukunftsfähig zu gestalten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Infrastruktur-Umfeld mit – idealerweise aus einem Systemhaus oder von einem MSP.
- Du besitzt ein breites technisches Verständnis in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Server und Virtualisierung, Microsoft 365, Cloud-Plattformen, Netzwerktechnik oder IT-Security.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen.
- Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ein kommunikationsstarkes und sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt.
- Für die optimale Beratung unserer Kundschaft sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
